Transportation and logistics
Airports
There are four airports in the vicinity of Stockholm. The most frequent choice would be Arlanda (ARN), Sweden's largest airport located approx. 40km from the city.
Stockhom-Bromma (BMA) is the closest one, but serves only very limited number of international flights.
Stockholm-Skavsta (NYO) operates mostly low-cost airlines and Stockholm-Västerås (VST) is a small airport providing flights to/from London-Stansted only. The last two are located approx. 100km from the city, thus the choice of Arlanda Airport is highly recommended.
There are several possible means of transportation from the Arlanda Airport to the Elite Palace Hotel
Taxi
We recommend using taxis from the following three companies: Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Kurir or Taxi 020. Ask the coordinator at Arlanda airport or the hotel personnel for assistance if needed.
Rates: Around 450-500 SEK (cca. €45-50, $65-70) from the Arlanda airport to the Elite Palace Hotel
Buses
There are buses called "Flygbussarna" that regularly go from the Arlanda Airport and stop outside of the Elite Palace Hotel. Please follow the signs at the airport and ask the driver for the correct stop.
Departure every ten-fifteen minutes during the day.

Ticket (return): 219 SEK (cca. €21, $30), purchased via internet: 198 SEK (cca. €19, $27)
Trains
There are fast trains that go to Stockholm Central Station called "Arlanda Express".
Departure every 15 minutes (timetable)

However, please note that if you stay at Elite Palace Hotel, you will need to take an additional cab from the Central Station to the hotel.
